Terms
Website terms and engagement boundaries.
These terms explain how to read the website, contact paths, discovery-call wording, case studies, and consulting boundaries. They are not a full client contract.
General website information
The website provides introductory information about services, experience, public case studies, and contact paths.
Website content may change as services, legal wording, contact destinations, or launch infrastructure mature. The content is not legal, financial, procurement, security-audit, or compliance advice.
No client relationship from website use
Using this website, submitting an enquiry, or arranging an introductory conversation does not create a client relationship or contract.
Work begins only after the scope, access requirements, responsibilities, commercial terms, and written agreement are confirmed. Advisory and project work are subject to the terms agreed for that engagement. The website may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand basic site usage; this measurement does not create a client relationship and does not change the contact-form and sensitive-information guidance below.
Discovery calls and enquiries
Free discovery calls are for qualification, fit, scope, urgency, and next-step discussion.
Discovery calls are not full unpaid architecture consulting, troubleshooting sessions, production assessments, or a commitment to provide a proposal before the requirement is understood. Enquiries do not create incident-response, support, or delivery obligations.
Delivery, ownership, and outcomes
Client production accounts, repositories, domains, data, and infrastructure normally remain client-owned.
No cost saving, uptime, security outcome, migration result, or delivery timeline is guaranteed unless it is explicitly agreed in writing for a specific engagement. Published case studies may be anonymized, and confidential customer, employer, security, commercial, and infrastructure details are intentionally omitted.
Contact form and sensitive information
The public contact form is not a secure channel for secrets or highly sensitive material.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, production credentials, identity documents, billing-card details, full infrastructure exports, exact cloud-account identifiers, or sensitive vulnerability details through the public form. If sensitive information is needed later, an appropriate channel can be agreed as part of the engagement process.
External links and availability
External links may lead to third-party websites with their own terms and policies.
The website is provided as a static public information site. No warranty is made that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. This wording is intentionally limited and does not replace formal client contract terms.
