Privacy for enquiries and professional contact.
This page describes the current privacy boundary for a static website that uses privacy-friendly Plausible analytics, no advertising cookies, no booking widget, and no production contact-form backend configured by default.
What may be collected
The website is currently static. The contact form endpoint may be unconfigured, in which case the form does not send an enquiry.
If a public form endpoint is configured later, submitted information may include the details visitors choose to provide: name, email, organization, website, enquiry type, service interest, project context, preferred contact method, contact handle, and message content. The website does not ask for passwords, secret keys, identity documents, billing-card details, exact cloud-account identifiers, private IP addresses, sensitive vulnerability details, or full infrastructure exports.
How enquiry information is used
Enquiry information is used to understand the request, respond to the sender, confirm fit, and agree a suitable next step where appropriate.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, marketing subscription, support agreement, or commitment to provide a proposal. Contact information is not sold, and no newsletter subscription is created by submitting the enquiry form.
Third-party contact and booking services
Public email, booking, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, or form destinations are rendered only when explicitly configured.
When those services are configured, they may process submitted information under their own policies. Aside from the privacy-friendly analytics described below, no third-party booking widget, advertising pixel, or form provider is currently claimed by this page.
Analytics
The website uses Plausible Analytics, hosted internally at analytics.smuts.tech, to understand basic page visits and site performance.
Analytics are limited to aggregate, privacy-friendly measurement of page visits and site performance. No Google Analytics, no advertising analytics, no marketing tracking pixels, and no third-party tag manager are used. Submitting an enquiry does not create a newsletter or marketing subscription, and analytics do not record contact-form field contents.
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, credentials, or other sensitive data through the website. Plausible is designed to be privacy-friendly. If the analytics setup changes, or additional processing is introduced later, this page will be updated to match. The website is currently accessible on the internal workshop network for validation and is not yet publicly launched.
Correction and deletion
Once an approved public contact email is configured, requests to correct or delete enquiry information can be sent through that channel.
Until a backend and approved contact channel are configured, this page does not publish a private email address, postal address, company registration number, data-protection officer, or retention schedule.
